Flight Instructors


Job Description: The Moncton Flight College (MFC) is looking for Commercial Pilots to join our teaching team!

MFC is the largest flight school in Canada.  We have between 450-500 full time students and long-term contracts with several airlines!   As an instructor, you will be able to build valuable flight hours and experience quickly.  MFC is a valuable member of the Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) group of companies, including Provincial Airlines and Aerospace, as such, there are opportunities for career path development within our own EIC network.

MFC provides B.Sc in Aviation in partnership with Mount Allison University, Diploma in Aviation, Integrated ATP and Airline Cadet Training. MFC has approximately 60 aircraft in the fleet (DA20, C-172, PA44 and C90).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience.
  • M1 license with relevant experience on Diamond DA20-C1, Piper Twin, Cessna single engine, and King Air.
  • M2 experience would be considered an asset;
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills;
  • Trouble shooting skills; and
  • Must be able to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check prior to employment.

Chief Dispatcher


Closing Date: March 09, 2019
Position: Chief Dispatcher
Location: Moncton ,NB


MFC is seeking a reliable, motivated, safety conscious leader to manage its Flight Ramp; Ramp Operations
at its Moncton Base.


Reporting to the Base Manager, the Chief Dispatcher has the following duties and responsbilities:


  • Manage all flight operations and ramp activities ensuring the appropriate level of safety,

       compliance with all SOPs and regulations, while maximizing aircraft utilization.

  • Supervising and administrative support of Flight Operations supervisors, ramp attendants

       and dispatcher positions including shift scheduling.

  • Be qualified as a Flights Operations Supervisor, ramp attendant and dispatcher.
  • Assume the role of Flight Operations Supervisor or Dispatcher as required ensuring business

       continuity.

  • Management of the Flight Operations Center/Ramp area and equipment ensuring

       appropriate level of serviceability and upkeep. Ensuring deficiencies are noted and actioned.

  • Actively seek and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage and support in the SMS program including the report submission, investigation, and

       implementing corrective actions.

  • Other Duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of aviation flight and ramp operations. Knowledge of MFC operations would be

      an asset.

  • Extensive knowledge of aviation weather products and the ability to interpret and apply

      such products.

  • Demonstrated leadership/supervisory skills or the willingness to be mentored in this area.
  • Strong computer/software skills.
  • Strong interpersonnel skills.
